Acceptable Stay Near Gran Via
central location family rooms nearby shops bathroom mold broken door handle limited space
The hotel is very close to Gran Via. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. They have family rooms that can accommodate five people. This is rare in this area.
The bathroom had black mold near the shower. The bathroom door handle was broken. I think I could have been stuck until the next day because I could not get out.

central location with excellent service
central location professional staff water kettle sweets next reception
The location was fantastic. the staff was professional, and they helped me call a taxi to the airport. i liked the water kettle in the room. It was good for making hot drinks. there were also sweets next to the reception desk, a nice touch.
The hotel walls seemed thin. I could hear noises from other guests' rooms. this was a slight disturbance.

The hotel is on the main street near central plazas. it is a short walk to tourist sites. The buzz and crowds are one side of the street. crossing the street leads to quiet inner-city suburbs with local bars and restaurants.

The lobby was well-done. it had a nice scent. This created a cute atmosphere. there is a departmental store with a supermarket just behind the hotel. the supermarket offers convenience for travelers.

the hotel offered a plentiful breakfast with good choices. the breakfast area seemed well kept. the selection met my needs.

i had a double room. it had comfortable beds and a hot shower. the room provided the basic amenities i needed for my stay. the room was convenient.

fantastic gran via stay
amazing location spacious room
i'm so grateful i chose this hotel! the location is amazing, very central and right off gran via. the rooms were clean, spacious, and the ac worked beautifully after long days of walking. we had a great balcony!!
there was no sound proofing between floors or rooms. i could hear thumping from the floors upstairs at all hours.

the staff went out of their way to accommodate my son, which i appreciated. they changed our room to make sure we were more comfortable. their attentiveness and excellent customer service, it was amazing!!!
